Investment & Results-Based Model
Tied Directly to Increases in Pledged Monthly Support
This engagement is not based on time, but on tangible outcomes. Your investment grows only as results are delivered.
Payment Structure:
Initial Investment: $10,000 to launch the full program, build deliverables, and begin team coaching
Performance Milestone Payments: For every $10,000 increase in pledged monthly support across the team, a $10,000 payment is due (capped at $50,000)
Clarity Clause:
If your staff fully engages—attending coaching, implementing strategies, and completing outreach—and we do not reach $50,000/month in new pledges by December 31, 2025, I will continue coaching at no additional cost until the goal is achieved.

This phase is designed to demonstrate immediate value and position your team for growth.
What's Included:
Coaching for up to 10 pilot staff members via weekly virtual sessions
Development of personalized fundraising strategies
Setup of donor lists, messaging templates, and outreach systems
Tracking of new monthly pledged support throughout the trial
By June 29, your pilot group will have momentum and systems in place.
Phase 2: Six-Month Strategic Coaching Partnership
July 1 – December 31, 2025
The full implementation phase will scale support-raising across your entire team of 30 staff members, with the goal of each increasing their monthly pledged support by $1,500—totaling $45,000/month or $540,000/year in recurring revenue.
