Camille Hagood | Sending Kingdom Ambassadors
Camille Hagood graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in May 2025. After graduation, she sensed a clear calling
from the Lord to step into full-time ministry on UNC Charlotte’s campus.
That journey began in January 2022, when Camille recognized her brokenness and deep need for a Savior. That moment led her to surrender her life to Christ. Still, she didn’t fully understand what it meant to walk with Jesus or grow in sanctification. In August of that same year, she was introduced to Campus Outreach, a college ministry devoted to building laborers on the campus for the lost world. Through this ministry, Camille learned how to live out her faith as a follower of Jesus, gained the tools to invite others into the transformative power of the gospel, and found genuine, Christ-centered community.
Today, Camille’s mission is to make Jesus known on the college campus. Her prayer is that God would soften the hearts of students, lead them into a relationship with Jesus, and empower them to make disciples who make disciples.
Her vision is to serve as a bridge builder, especially for minority students. During her time in college, she saw firsthand how a lack of representation and a limited understanding of the gospel's reach often discouraged students from engaging in Christ-centered ministries. Camille hopes to be used by God to bridge those gaps and invite others into the goodness and fullness of the gospel, for everyone.

Builder.
Just as Jesus is the bridge to the Father, Camille desires to serve as a bridge for unbelievers and minority students, inviting them into a gospel-centered community and transformation through Christ. Her goal is to help others see that the gospel truly is for everyone.

Compassionate Leader.
When encountering someone who is far from God, Camille desires to respond first with the compassion of Christ. She longs to lead others not with judgment, but with love that reflects the heart of Jesus.
“When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them…” – Matthew 9:36
Disciple
Maker.
Camille seeks to live in obedience to Jesus’ command to make disciples of all nations. Her heart is to invest in students who will, in turn, invest in others—creating a ripple effect of gospel transformation and multiplication.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations...” – Matthew 28:19
