Danny Dedeyan | Catalyzing Church Multiplication
For 20 years, Danny translated his passion for Jesus into peacebuilding and humanitarian work. From building the capacity of foreign governments to empowering poor communities to build sustainable growth or overcome chronic conflict, God provided him opportunities to serve some of the most vulnerable in the world. Now, God is calling him to turn his experience from feeding hungry stomachs to feeding hungry souls.
Danny has seen that while two thirds of Christians live outside the West, those regions lag alarmingly in biblical training, with about 1 pastor per 450,000 people (compared to 1 per 230 in the U.S.). He believes this gap can only be bridged if local churches manage their own multiplication of soundly trained leaders. His prayer is that, over the next 3 years, he helps empower churches in 20 of the most Christianity adverse countries take the lead in their own multiplication of trained church leaders.
