Dawson Riggins | Making Christlike Disciples
Dawson grew up attending a private Christian school where he was exposed to the gospel very early on in life. However, it wasn't until April of 2020 where he gave is life to Christ not only as his Savior but as the Lord of his life. As a student at Middle Tennessee State University, he encountered Campus Outreach. Through this college ministry and its church partners, Dawson was surrounded by a Christlike community who oriented their lives around knowing God and making him known across their campus. After graduating from MTSU in May 2025, Dawson now aims to share the gospel with students on the campus and help them know God and make him known to others throughout college and beyond.
Will you consider investing in his ministry?
Making Disciples.
One of Dawson's missions is to help students who have trusted in Christ be established in their personal relationship with the Lord and be equipped to share the gospel with others through life-on-life discipleship and training.
"And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others." - 2 Timothy 2:2
Sending Students.
Even after their college careers are over, Dawson aims to help students continue to glorify God as lifetime laborers through the local church in their future families and careers.
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit"
- Matthew 28:19
Share the Gospel.
Because college is such an formative season for young adults, it is important to share the truth of Jesus' death and resurrection for our sins and present an opportunity to receive Christ as their Lord and Savior.
"How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?"
- Romans 10:14
I’d be so grateful for 30 minutes of your time to share the vision and how you can be part of what God is doing. —Dawson
