Mikayla Williams | Kingdom Builder & Mobilizer
Mikayla is from Michigan and was raised in a Christian home. She believed in Jesus and did all the Christian things, but she did not truly know God until the end of her freshman year of college. Through the college organization Cru, she developed a deep heart for evangelism and discipleship. She especially carries a burden for people who grew up in church but are not truly living for Jesus, longing to see them know God as Father, Friend, and Lord.
She has always cared deeply about diversity, justice, and helping marginalized communities. In 2020, her heart broke for the Black community, and she desired not only to see justice but also for her people to come to know the Lord. This led her to Black Voices, a branch of Circuit Riders focused on reaching and equipping the Black community as a voice for the Gospel. Mikayla believes the Gospel of Jesus Christ is for every nation, tribe, and tongue, and that it is our calling to share this good news with the world.
Romans 10: 13-15 says
"For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!”"

Campus Outreach Tour Leader.
Leads and coordinates evangelistic outreach efforts on college campuses, overseeing team logistics, student engagement, and ministry execution. Creates environments where students encounter Jesus and are activated in their faith.
Discipleship & Team Development Leader.
Mentors and develops outreach team members through spiritual leadership, accountability, and personal investment. Cultivates healthy team culture and leadership growth during tour and outreach environments.
Student Mobilization Leader.
Equips and activates students to boldly live out and share their faith through training,
discipleship, and hands-on outreach
experiences. Helps build sustainable student-led movements on campuses.
