Sean Zerkle | Laborer of Christ
Growing up, Sean’s family was always in church, and from a young age, he had a desire to know God more. Growing up in Ohio, then moving to Alabama at age 10, this was consistent until his later years of life in college. However, it wasn’t until life began to unfold that he began to form an intimate relationship with Christ, all due to Him. After receiving the grace and peace only Christ provides, God placed a deep burden on Sean’s heart for the lost and a growing desire to see the name of Jesus proclaimed where it is not yet known. That’s why he is stepping into full-time ministry with Campus Outreach in Chicago for the next year, a city full of spiritual need and strategic opportunity.
His mission is simple: to labor for the Gospel, build lasting disciples, and watch lives transformed by the power of Christ. He believes in the urgency and beauty of the Great Commission and that Jesus has called us to go and make disciples of all nations (Matt. 28:19-20). Sean is trusting Him to use his life to help bring that vision to reality, one soul at a time.
