Her foundation is in customer service, where she learned how to listen well, communicate clearly, and remain steady in emotionally complex situations. Calm, kind, and focused, Kaye brings order and clarity when things feel overwhelming.
Kaye believes accountability is a form of care. She is known for her kindness, but she is not passive. She knows when to encourage and when to be firm, helping people move forward without pressure or shame.
She has firsthand experience building and running businesses in food service, construction, and interior design.
As a single mom, Kaye learned how to stay faithful and focused through seasons that required consistency more than motivation. Those seasons shaped her discipline, resilience,
and deep trust in God.
Kaye believes God intentionally connected her previous fields and life experiences and aligned them into coaching. What once felt separate now serves a clear purpose. Coaching is not just what she does. It is the calling God prepared her for.
