As a Coaching Operations Manager, Kaye supports the daily flow of coaching programs through accountability systems, onboarding, reporting, communication, workshop support, and community management. She helps create structure, consistency, and momentum so both coaches and coachees can stay focused and move forward.

Her foundation is in customer service, where she learned how to listen well, communicate clearly, and remain steady in emotionally complex situations. Calm, kind, and focused, Kaye brings order and clarity when things feel overwhelming.

Kaye believes accountability is a form of care. She is known for her kindness, but she is not passive. She knows when to encourage and when to be firm, helping people move forward without pressure or shame.

She has firsthand experience building and running businesses in food service, construction, and interior design. As a single mom, Kaye learned how to stay faithful and focused through seasons that required consistency more than motivation. Those seasons shaped her discipline, resilience, leadership, and deep trust in God.

Kaye believes God intentionally connected her previous fields, leadership experience, and life journey and aligned them into coaching and operations. What once felt separate now serves a clear purpose. Coaching and helping people move forward is not just what she does. It is the calling God prepared her for.
