Executive Summary

The Bible Talks (TBT) exists to raise a generation of gospel‑centred leaders across South Africa’s university campuses, students who know Jesus and make Him known. To support this mission and sustain rapid growth, TBT needs more than occasional donations; it requires a scalable, locally led advancement system that creates long‑term partnerships.

The TBT Advancement Accelerator is a twelve‑month engagement designed to build both the fundraising infrastructure and the leader who will run it. We will install a complete Fundraising Operating System (FOS), including donor pipelines, CRM tools, and communication frameworks — while equipping Mbali to move from support recipient to support builder. By the end of the accelerator, TBT will have an internal donor development department that fuels ministry expansion for years to come.

The Challenge

  • Projected annual need by 2026: $267,000

  • Current support secured: $185,000

  • Funding gap remaining: $82,000

Without a scalable, locally led advancement system to activate alumni, patrons, and church partners, TBT risks slowed expansion, unfunded apprentice roles, and stalled momentum.
