This 30-minute session is structured to maximize individual focus, group collaboration, and prayerful support. Here’s the detailed flow:
Step 1: Individual Planning (15 minutes)
Open Your Support Tracker Document: Navigate to the Schedule Tab for the week.
Fill Out the Weekly Schedule:
Allocate time for key activities, ensuring every essential task is planned:
Weekly Compass Tasks: Networking, social media posts, newsletters, prayer team activities, training, accountability, and review.
Call Times: Block time for calls to current and potential supporters.
Networking Activities: Schedule interactions to build relationships and expand your network.
Weekly Newsletter: Dedicate time to craft and send updates to your supporters.
Accountability Time: Reserve Weekly to reflect on progress and share updates.
Answer the Three Key Questions:
What’s my top priority this week?
What’s my biggest challenge this week?
What actions will be the most impactful?
Step 2: Group Sharing and Feedback (10 minutes)
Once your plan is complete, share your schedule, priorities, and challenges with your group.
Group Engagement:
The group leader will facilitate feedback, ensuring plans are thorough and aligned with goals.
Group members are encouraged to speak into each person’s schedule:
Offer insights or suggestions to overcome challenges.
Encourage creative or efficient approaches to top priorities.
Share ideas to maximize impact in the week ahead.
Approval:
Plans must be reviewed and approved by the group leader to ensure accountability and alignment.
Step 3: Group Prayer (5 minutes)
Once everyone has shared and received approval:
Pray Together:
Pray over each person’s schedule, priorities, and challenges.
Ask for God’s guidance, wisdom, and favor in the coming week.
This prayer time emphasizes unity and spiritual support as a team.
Expectations and Accountability
Completion Requirement:
Individuals must fully complete their planning document and receive group feedback and approval to be released from the breakout time.
Engagement:
Be present, offer meaningful feedback to others, and receive feedback with an open heart.
