Build the Team. Track the Work. Steward the Mission.

You’ve got names, you’ve had conversations, maybe even heard a few yeses but then things stall. Why? Because most missionaries don’t have a clear plan for follow-up.

You’re not just building a donor list. You’re building a team to move the mission forward. And that means stewardship of people, of momentum, and of time.

Work the Plan. Trust the Results:

"Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed." — Proverbs 16:3

Support raising isn’t about sitting still and hoping things work out.
It’s about taking action, calls, texts, meetings and trusting God with the outcome.

God blesses what we commit to Him.
So keep showing up. Keep doing the work.

Don’t wait for perfect. Just move in faith.
And let God lead the way.

Here’s What You Can Do This Week:

1. Revisit Your Connection Team
Go back to the 25 names you listed. These are your top advocates, the ones most likely to open doors. Don’t assume they’re too busy or uninterested. Ask boldly, and make the vision clear.

2. Book the Presentations
You’re not done until you’ve held the meeting. Use your calendar. Reach out again. Be specific: "Can we meet for 30 minutes this week or next?"

3. Update Your Tracker Daily
Tracking isn’t busywork, it’s stewardship. It shows where you’ve been and where God might move next. Don’t let it collect dust.

4. Follow Up with Gratitude and Clarity
After each meeting, say thank you. Then make the next ask: “Would you be open to connecting me to someone else who might care about this mission?”

5. Talk to Your Coach
Your coach can’t help if they don’t know where you’re stuck. Show up ready. Share your numbers. Ask for help.
This is a team effort, don’t go silent.
